Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any related charges.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to our error or a product defect, we will provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
To exchange a product, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
